SUPER HEROES ABOUND

My appointment with the Chiropractor was extra fun today. I dressed Kaitlyn in her old costume last year which was little piglet. Hubby and Kaitlyn went with me but hubby stayed in the car since it was only going to take about 30 min max. I just had to take Kaitlyn inside with me. For the past appointments I knew that all the staff were dressing up as super heroes on Oct. 30, 2009. Before we even got inside the office we already saw bat girl getting into her bat mobile. I should have brought my camera and took pictures of the staff as well as Kaitlyn. The staff wore different costumes ranging from Zorro, Super mom, Cat woman, Soldier, Super mom, Vampire, Robin and a Phillies Pitcher. Thank goodness my daughter cooperated and was very good inside the office and just played in the kids corner. She would come up to where I would be from time to time. The staff are all so nice and accommodating. After my session we got to taste some of the Halloween spread for all the patients. What a way to fill an empty stomach in the morning, lol. All in all it was as much fun for Kaitlyn as well as for me just to watch her little face lit up.

BELATED SHOUTOUT

Have you ever felt so old and ancient? I do, I get that feeling from time to time. I have a lot of relatives back home and watching my younger cousins grow up to be young men and ladies gives me great joy. The youngest of my first degree cousin just turned 16 last October 27, 2009 and I can't believe how much she has changed. I big belated shout out to my beloved cousin Margaret. The only thing that sucks about being a an adolescent is getting those nasty breakouts. My cousin has quite a few breakouts and is looking at acne treatment
that is both effective, affordable and safe. Those are one of the things that most teenagers and adults alike don't want to have. But its part of life and growing up.
