BRA SNATCHER

Folding laundry is one of the things I just don't like doing. It takes so much time and I have to separate Kayla, Kaitlyn and our clothes. It also doesn't help that I have a little princess bruiser walking around the house like a tornado. Wreaking havoc wherever she happens to be at. Taking stuff from the proper place and leaving them all over the house. The laundry is not exempt from her prying fingers. I caught her playing with one of my bra and she got so frustrated as she wanted it on her head but could not do it. It would keep falling off so I decided to put the bra on her. See the cheeky grin? She loves it,lol

BLOOD AND ICE

Who you might say that blood on the paper towel belongs to? No other than my princess bruiser. It happened before her afternoon nap, we were just on the couch watching television, me watching and her jumping and using me as a horse. She eventually got tired of that and decided she wanted down from the couch. As soon as her feet hit the floor she went behind the couch and all I heard was this bang and the next thing I know she was howling with pain. I turned around and there it was, BLOOD! I got nervous and scared right away, I knelled in front of her and put my hand on her mouth to wipe the blood but it still kept on coming. I jumped up and run to the kitchen but in mid flight I turned back to get her. It wasn't needed for she was right behind me following. I ripped a paper towel and put it on her mouth, grabbed a couple of ice from the freezer and begged her to put the ice in her mouth. Of course the lil' bruiser was in pain and was deaf to everything I was asking. Then like a light bulb moment It hit me that we had fruit ice pop in the freezer. I unwrapped one and viola! She sucked on it and finally stopped the bleeding. Poor little tyke got so much injury that day. Later that afternoon she fell of the kitchen chair and hit her head, also got a bump on her forehead from jumping up and down on her sisters bed and flying head smack on the headboard. Kids they keep us up on our toes. I'm just glad it was nothing major. I will just have to keep a closer eye on her from now on...

A NOSE FOR FOOD

This is my little princess bruiser. Its been her habit to smell the food she is about to eat first before taking a bite. I gave her a piece of our left over corn from yesterday. As soon as I gave it to her it went directly to her nose, lol.. She did enjoy munching on her corn and like a good girl she went over to the kitchen, grabbed a napkin and wiped her mouth. Sometimes I wonder how she got so smart, she acts like she is 18 months going on 5, lol. Children are so precious and Im one lucky mom to two smart girls..

WORDLESS WEDNESDAY (WHAT COULD SHE BE THINKING?)

PINK LITTLE SANDALS

Her pink little sandals. We got that at Walmart and every where we go people always say her shoes look so cute on her and ask where we got it. As you can see Kaitlyn doesn't have the nicest nails around,lol.. MIL and I always talk how ugly her toes are. Its just her nails are growing upwards and its just hard to trim and make it even. Still she has cute little toes and it amazes me how fast they grow, she is between size 4-5. She only gets a max of two shoes since she is still growing and it would be such a waste to buy her more and she wont be able to wear them a lot. This one she has almost worn out, she loves wearing this since she can run around in them, jump and climb.In another week or two she will probably outgrow this.

POOP STORY

I decide to trim Kayla's hair yesterday when she came home with a little bit of gum stuck to the tips of her hair. Her hair needed the trim anyways. So off we went to have a bath with her sister of course in tow. I washed Kayla first while Kaitlyn played in the tub with her. After I was done putting tons of conditioner and washing out her hair I let her stand outside the tub. I filled the tub up with a little bit of water so Kaitlyn will keep playing and not disturb us. While I was trimming her hair Kaitlyn would interrupt whining wanting the hair out of her fingers and I would of course get the hairs out. I kept trimming Kayla's hair when all of a sudden Kaitlyn kept saying eyew!! so many times and from the corner of my eye I could see she was handing me something. I turned my head to look and take whatever she was handing to me with disgust in her voice and face. To my shock she was holding her POOP!! I screamed and I was so frazzled I just cupped my hands and told her to drop her poop on my hands. I turned around and drop the POOP in the toilet. I then proceeded to drain the tub, watch both our hands and frantically smelled her mouth for fear that she might have put her poop in her mouth. Thank God I did not smell anything in her mouth. Kayla was laughing so hard and so was I after that incident. Kids are so funny, they make life interesting.

WORDLESS WEDNESDAY (HELLO???!!)

PIZZA FOR BREAKFAST

Ralph complains that I don't give the baby cereal or oatmeal in the mornings. Its not that I'm not giving it to her on purpose she is fed up with it. So at times I let her eat rice, chicken or whatever left overs we have for breakfast. I grew up eating rice for breakfast so I don't see anything wrong with it. I'm still giving her cereal and oatmeal but I do it every other day so it wont get monotonous. The past day I made pizza from scratch. Yes I made the dough myself with the recipe I got off over the Internet. The following morning I decided to have Pizza for my brunch. It was still hot from the microwave so I placed it on the table. I went to check my e-mails but Kaitlyn was so quiet and I heard this scratching noise. I sneaked to the family room to check on her and this is what I found.

How can you get upset with that face?

SNORING BABY

This is a video of Kaitlyn sleeping and snoring. She usually snores loud and is a bed hog! She is such a little munchkin. Enjoy the video!

BEAR ON THE POTTY

This summer we are really going to get Kaitlyn started on potty training. I do try and potty train her right now but I really want to do it this summer where she doesn't have to wear her pajama onesies. She does go poopy in her potty chair and would want to sit on it. She is even telling us know when she does poopy. She would stop and point to her little bottom and say " poopy ". When she is constipated its very easy to tell when she is going since she will not move and cry. I feel so bad when she gets so constipated, she has such a hard time going. But anyway, Kaitlyn loves her bear bear and brings him around everywhere we go. One day she was crying out by the bathroom door. She kept saying bear bear and when I opened the door this is where I found bear bear.
Kaitlyn thinks that bear bear also wants to do potty that's why she left him in there. It was so funny. Or course the potty is very very clean since she has not used it in a while. I guess I'm going to have to potty train 2 now, Kaitlyn and Mr. Bear bear.

RIDICULOUSLY WONDERFUL WEATHER

Pictures were taken outside yesterday. It was such a ridiculously wonderful weather that i just could not resist taking Kaitlyn out to our backyard. She had on a red dress with her pink sweater. She looked so cute and was so happy to be out of the house and be able to run around and enjoy. The first two pictures where taken on our deck while she was on her big sisters bicycle, it hers now since its to small for big sister. The second pictures was of her getting down the deck and heading to the swing set. She loves the swing set and would stay there for hours if we let her. Getting out yesterday also allowed me and MIL to pick up the dog poop scattered around in the backyard. Thank God Ralph was not there to see all of those poop or else he would have a fit. He hates the thought of the dog pooping on the grass since the girls will be running around in the backyard this summer. We still have not finished picking all of those up but with today weather again I'm sure ill go to it.

As for the last picture that is of Kaitlyn crying her eyes out and throwing her temper tantrum when told it was time to go inside. She was out there for more than an hour and she did not want to come in and was not hesitant about letting me and MIMA" grandma" know her disappointment and anger.
