SHOES TO FIT

Let's talk about collections. When I was still in college I started being fascinated with eraser. I started collecting them and I had one big plastic bag full of different kinds of eraser. I guess I didn't take after my mom who had a whole lot of shoes when she was younger. Like most women, my mom loved a good pair of shoes and would make any excuses just to buy one that she would be great to add to her wardrobe. I love shoes but I don't buy lots of them and when I do buy it has to be of good quality. Before we left for our trip last July I scoured a lot of stores to find a specific shoe that I wanted. Just recently I came across Josef Seibel brand of shoes and I found the shoes I wanted, I wanted something that looks like a clog. Why that kind style? It's easy to take off and its easy to slip on and something that looks good with jeans. I just found a perfect pair that is not only cute but its also affordable. I'm talking about the Sofft Shoes of Sofft Women's Laurel Mule Clog in Tan color.

They also have Dr. Martens Shoes, I saw that is perfect for my husband. He is always in uniform, he needs new shoes that he can wear for work as well as for going out. With our Anniversary fast approaching maybe I'll buy him a pair of nice shoes so he can throw away his old uniform shoes. And I will ask my Step dad to take a look at the site and see if he likes the Keen Newport sandals as a late birthday present.

WALKING WITH COMFORT AND STYLE

Most girls dream of diamonds but a whole bunch of women have this love for shoes and more shoes. There is a little Imelda Marcos in all of us, even little old me. My mother was and still is a shoe lover. She had a whole collection of shoes when she was younger, different styles and different colors. It had to match what she was wearing and what she was in the mood for. My mom's love for shoes has apparently been passed on to my youngest. She is only 18 months but she loves loves shoes. When she meets new people she makes it a point to look at there shoes and if she likes them she will touch it. As for me, I still have that little Imelda in me trying to emerge. Since were in a recession my love for buying shoes has taken a step back. I was honestly surprised when I check out AMI CLUBWEAR not only were there shoes cute and sexy but they had a varied selection as well. My mouth literally watered and my eyes bulged out as I was browsing through the collection of shoes.

As parent, I make it a point to buy things that are comfortable and practical at the same time. But that doesn't mean that I will have to settle for anything less. I fell in love with this white open toe cuff ankle low wedge sandals as soon as I saw it and prayed that they have it in my size. With those sandals I can still run around with my little girl without fear of tripping and still look cute. And this is what I call walking in comfort and style. Check out AMI Clubwear and prepare to be boggled with all the affordable shoes, dresses, accessories that they have..

PINK LITTLE SANDALS

Her pink little sandals. We got that at Walmart and every where we go people always say her shoes look so cute on her and ask where we got it. As you can see Kaitlyn doesn't have the nicest nails around,lol.. MIL and I always talk how ugly her toes are. Its just her nails are growing upwards and its just hard to trim and make it even. Still she has cute little toes and it amazes me how fast they grow, she is between size 4-5. She only gets a max of two shoes since she is still growing and it would be such a waste to buy her more and she wont be able to wear them a lot. This one she has almost worn out, she loves wearing this since she can run around in them, jump and climb. In another week or two she will probably outgrow this.

WALK WITH STYLE

Dressing up was one of my weakness when i was still single. There is just this feeling of energy and confidence when i dress up and know that i look good. There are only a handful of things that women are fickle about that's jewelries, clothes, bags, make-ups and shoes. In my mom's younger days she use to dress up in style and had matching outfits from her bags, dress and down to her shoes. She must have owned over 50 shoes ranging from different color and designs. Shoes is one of the important accessories that can make or break an outfit your wearing. A great pair of dani black shoes can get you a long way and you can pair it with just about anything. The important thing about buying a shoe is not just the design and how it looks but take into consideration the quality of the shoes and how it feels under your feet. I must admit that i have not really bought a good pair of fashionable shoes in a while but seeing the daniblack collection makes me want to get a good pair of evening shoes. Like this one:

Violet
  • with soft sating flower detail
  • padded insoles
  • adjustable gold dress buckle
  • a 3 3/4 " covered heels
As a mother of two girls ages 5 and 15 months i have to be on my feet most of the time and with summer not far away getting the right kind of flat shoes is important. Wearing flats has never been my thing but seeing the Bess shoe just made me think about getting it. The shoe not only looks fashionable but looks sturdy enough for wear while running around with kids. Daniblack has fashionable, chic and durability rolled into one with a plus factor of affordability.
