END AND RETURN

The past few days have been really rough for me. I can honestly say that It really hasn't sink in yet that my Grandfather passed away. This is the first time that I have really lost someone close to me. I cannot fathom the amount of grief my grandmother is experiencing right this minute. Everyday must seem like an eternity for her without her soul mate, husband and best friend of 61 yrs. My heart aches that I cannot go home and attend my grandfathers funeral in a couple of days. I will keep on missing him, his memories will be kept alive so stories will be passed on for more generations to come.

On the other hand, Ralph is going back to work on Friday. He has been resting a lot in preparation for a rough 12 hour shift. One thing that is bothering Ralph is the thought of not fitting his police uniform. A few days before he got cleared to go back to work he said he was going to take diet pills if he won't fit his uniform. But I encouraged him instead to just lessen his portion and stop drinking soda. He seems to be doing good for the meantime but the real test will be the day he puts on his uniform. I am crossing my fingers and toes that it will still fit him. If worse comes to worse maybe this will be his wake up call to stop drinking soda and indulging on midnight cooking snacks.

WHO WILL SHED FIRST?

Its already May and I have yet to start getting in shape. Summer is fast approaching and by no means am I ready to wear a bikini when our pool is going to be opened. I haven't even bought new short. To me it was useless buying one when my thighs still look flabby and full of cellulite. Sure, I have tried going on a diet but I could not stick to it. There is a very valid reason why I was afraid to go on a strict diet and exercise daily. If it wasn't for the reason I would have already gotten hold of hydroxycut to help loose some weight and get rid of excess fat. I also wanted to wait until my husband was more mobile and more energetic before we start on our promise to start eating healthy and exercising. We even talked about buying a bicycle so we can take our kids to a big park and just ride our bike. Once it steadily gets warm we plan on taking walks. Ralph is even commissioning his nephew to come down and help us get our elliptical upstairs in the spare bedroom. Once we get everything situated we made a pact to motivate each other into getting in shape. Who will start loosing the excess fat? Me or my husband?

STILL BATTLING WITH THE BULGE

Have you noticed how much commercials and advertisement put so much effort is selling weight loss products and equipment. So many out in the market that choosing one is harder than you may think. I have actually sat down and watch infomercials on television and found it so fascinating. Most of the spokes person are buff, well tones and so convincing. Lipofuze was one product that I was so tempted to try. But does does lipofuze work?. Its suppose to be the number one in fat burner that helps you shed 10 lbs in 7 days. If I wasn't trying to get pregnant I would certainly try to see what the fuss was all about. As for the reviews online it seems to work pretty good. Loosing weight is a whole lot harder specially when your older. Gaining is as easy as breathing but loosing it is as hard as climbing the highest peak. It takes will, stamina and motivation to keep going. I have none of those for now but I am working on motivation, lol.

GOALS

One of the many goals I would like to achieve this year is hopefully loose about 10 lbs or so. I have been talking about wanting to loose weight and slim down but I never really do anything about it. My husband has tried several times dieting on his own but falls back on his old ways. Let it not be said that I didn't try, I have tried dieting and exercising but I never stick to it. I lack not only motivation but dedication and had no goal. I have read so many weight loss medication, pills, how to exercise but this is my first time to hear about chromium picolinate and weight loss. Sound effective and scary at the same time. Since our first goal of this year is trying to get pregnant within the next 3-6 months, taking any medication for weight loss will be put on hold. If I do get pregnant and gain a lot of weight I am hoping that breastfeeding will help loose the baby weight. The rest will have to be shed the hard way and that means exercise. This time around I am going to do my best.

TURKEY COMA

Thanksgiving has come and gone but the turkey bliss is still hanging around. We left the house at around 11 a.m on Thanksgiving day to go to Angelo's house. It was a little lonely with just the 3 of us celebrating with my BIL's family. I missed two people that day, my big girl Kayla and my husband who had to work. We had such a good time eating, laughing and watching a movie after. I was in Turkey coma after eating that big spread. I just wanted to find a warm spot of curl around and go to la la land. With all that delicious food and calorie rich desserts, I most definitely need the help of a fat burner. I kid you not, I am still full and I need to burn it all up. I bid Turkey adieu and see you next year.

JOINING A GYM

In the 3 years that I have been living with my MIL I would never thought she would join a gym. She has Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) and has had it since she was 40 years old. Due to her RA she could not walk extra long and had to use a cane for a long period of time. But that was 2 years ago. Before Kaitlyn was born she already had 2 knee surgery to replace the cartilage in between her knees. Both Ralph and I was so surprise when she told us she join a gym so she can go exercise. Ralph was a little miffed since she never uses her stationary bike in her room and the elliptical exercise equipment in the basement. She knows that she has been steadily gaining weight and didn't want to consider fat loss supplement due to the many pills she is taking for her RA. Her reason for joining was so that she can get out of the house and strengthen her bones with a supervision from a professional who knows what they are doing. MIL is right and I am support her decision and I just hope she sticks to it.

PUFF!PUFF!

For almost a week I have been trying my best to control my eating, exercise and hopefully get lean and loose some weight. It has not been easy on me. The first day I tried exercising, which I took very easy I lasted for 12 freaking minutes. I was huffing and puffing life crazy and thought I was going to pass out. The following day I was so sore that going down the stairs was pure agony. I know its not going to be easy but at least I'm really trying. There are days I have to push myself to even try and do a little bit of exercise. I want a little bit of help, maybe take something like diets pills, appetite suppressant, fat burner pills or anything that could help me shed a little bit of weight. Loosing that single pound is the key, once I see that It will keep me motivated to exercise. Starving myself is not helping in fact its only making things worst. Learning to portion my food intake and keep track of how much I eat and counting calories and what not should be my next move. I have to keep myself focused and motivated. Results come from hard work.

BATTLEOF THE BULGE

I guess almost everybody has a weight issue one way or the other. On my part I actually thought I would never have a problem about gaining weight. You see, before the age of 23 I was skinny as a beanpole. I ate like a horse but for some reason I just didn't put on weight. Going on a vacation at my grandmothers when I was 23 yrs old kind of set it all off. After that age it went uphill, lol. It wasn't as bed before I got married and had a baby but now, Its a different story altogether. Just yesterday I was so disgusted with how much weight I have gained over the past years that I have been here in the U.S. It's not far from my mind looking for a weight loss diet pill that really works and is safe. I am really going to look around for something to help me up or give me a boost to start loosing weight.

TAKE AWAY THOSE FATS

As soon as winter came i was stuffing myself like crazy, thinking that summer is still months away. My excuses for eating was as lame as saying i was "hybernating" and i was hiding behind my awful sweatshirts and pants. The Holiday that past didnt help as well, with all the delicious food i could not help but eat. So without know it i had gained weight and i feel lousy. Im a mother of a toddler and i dont have time to really go on a daily exercise. Its not just me that gained weight but also Ralph and he has been looking intoEffective Diet Pills that could help him loose the excess weight. Ralph has narrowed down his selection to Metabo Speed that helps burn fats quickly, boost your metabolis, deminish appetite and slim down faster. Before winter ends we will finally be able to loose that excess fat.
